Shipping & Payments

All orders are shipped with POSTI and we ship worldwide. 

Once your order is shipped, we will send to you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number so you can track the order you have placed. 

We offer free shipping:


1. In orders inside EU when the total amount is over 40€. 

2. In orders worldwide when the total amount is over 70€. 

*the above may change in case of special campaigns done by Nordicbuddies.

Shipping cost depends of the country of destination and the size of the order.  Login on the site and you will see the cost for shipping at the Checkout or contact us by sending an email to or at our contact page.

For customers outside of the EU (European union): In some cases you might be subjected to import taxes, customs or other costs once your order arrives to the country of destination outside of EU. Please check with your local customs office for rules and regulations when ordering from Europe (Finland). 

Shipment delays: In rare cases, delays might occur in the shipment times due to complications on our logistic partners behalf. We are not responsible of such delays but our customer service can help you to get further information on the tracking of your order. 

Force majeure:We are not responsible for delays or changes in the shipments caused by circumstances that we cannot control such as amended government regulations or changes decided by our subcontractors.

We accept as payment method Master Card, Visa, Euro Card, American express and Paypal. You can safely pay your order with credit card at nordicbuddies. com. We use STRIPE as our payment service provider which is the leading payment service provider in the world. STRIPE handles your credit card details direct and safe.
